My call blocker blocked this number. The call is logged in the call history and the CID identifies the caller as "Providian Finance"

11:49am 14 May 2016 RoboCall from spoofed 210-280-8488 San Antonio TX. "World PC tech" and insisting we had "things inside our computer" that shouldn't be there, but he would show us how to get rid of them...for free! He wouldn't tell me the website of his company. or any other contact info. Its a SCAM anyway so rules and addresses don't apply. Nothing they say is reality and they aren't afraid of being charged with anything because they aren't in the USA anyway.
BEWARE ~ It's an international scam.

Answering machine picked up, the robocall identified as calling from Wells Fargo.

I received call from this Indian male stating he was with the USPO and he had a package that needed to be delivered to our business. I hung up on him and he called me back from an unknown number also. I hung up on him again.

I received a call from 2102808488 1/13/16. He had a bad accent and I could not understand very much. I did hear the word WINDOWS and I thought it was a scam call. I told the caller I felt it was a scam call and that I would report his call. I reported the call to the Mo attorney generals office.

Yeah I am getting bombarded by this Indian dude calling from 210-280-8488 and numerous "Unknown". The reason why i know the Unknown's are him is because he makes a mistake and within seconds of calling with an Unknown id, he calls from 210-280-8488 San Antonio, Texas number. He is probably in India and routing his calls, but who knows? I don't answer Unknown anymore, but when i did there was a three second delay. He ignores requests to stop.

Received calls from this number and no messages left. Very annoying and harassing. Am on Do Not Call Registry. Going to notify the authorities about this serious problem.

Indian guy, name may be Alex Edwards or James Brown calling from diff numbers saying he is from Cash Advance. Trying to scam but keeping his voicemails to report him. Actually this a scam but can't scam me

Getting a lot of calls from this number never leavesa voicemail. Beware cos who ever it is got hold of my private on call work number.

This number is among many other weird international and US numbers that keep calling my cell phone. Never leaves a voicemail. Do not answer these calls.

I got a call from the phone 210-280-8488 (San Antonio, TX) .....man's name was Samual White. Indiand man with broken english. I hung up on hjm......I got calls the previous day from samew man from different phone 704-268-9765 (Lincolnton, SC) ragrding a payday loan from Cash Advance America......I do not have a loan thru this company. The man has my name, job name and SS#. He threatens I will be fired from my job. WTH ???
