THE CALLER HAD A THICK ACCENT AND ASKED FOR A PERSON WHO HAD RECENTLY HAD THEIR ID STOLEN. WE REPEATEDLY TOLD HIM THAT PERSON NO LONGER OFFICES HERE, HUNG UP AND TOLD HIM NOT TO CALL AGAIN. HE CALLED BACK MANY TIMES AND GOT VULGAR TELLING MY BOSS HE WANTED TO F__K HER. HE FINALLY STOPPED WHEN MY BOSSES HUSBAND ANSWERED AND TOLD HIM TO STOP.

Couldn't understand a name, said they were from the legal department of USA cash advance calling about some loan that was suppose to be taken out in my name, they asked me to verify some personal information but I refused to do so. I asked for a phone number to the loan company that they supposably worked for since they couldn't transfer me to that department the number they gave me was 518-557-7342. When I called this number a man who sounded like the exact same man answered, they never say the name of the company just hello or hi when answering. I asked for the date the loan was taken out and they said they can't provide me with that kind of information. When I told them that is they expected me to pay a thing then I wanted a certified copy of the loan document proving that there is a loan in my name with them they said they can't do that until after I pay it then when I told them I don't pay anything with out paperwork they told me to have my lawyer call them before 5pm or I will loose my job and go to jail (PS this call was at 5:45pm)

This number Just calle me today and Left me a vioce mail which I barely understood what was being said because you could tell that the person is not from america. I called it back and left a message and then they called me back stating there with te department of somthing investigation from the court house and that when I called to give them my ssn number. I called they beack and told them I didn't understand nothing they are saying because of there ascent. But anway it just did sound right and so i am complaining about it and tell people watch out and plus people are trying to get thing out of people for the hoidays as well so be safe.

Called me saying I owe a 350.00 debt and if I don't pay it. By wiring them the money,I will be charged 7000.00.
