(210) 677-1346 called twice within a matter of 2 minutes. Was on another call. No voicemail messages left. Crazy cuckoo nuts. Dialed them back, and I too reached a recorded message stating "You have reached 'Citi', for assistance call (800) 950-5114. Thank you". When dialed,(800) 950-5114 leads "Welcome to Citicard". Very poor business practice for such revered institution. Void of any professionalism.

would only give first name, Lisa. looking for someone not associated to the phone number they called in on. Said it was personal. Called back the number and a message said, "City" call 800 9505114 which is citicards.
