Lower Interest Rates on VA Loans

Company has called more than 6 times. I answered first time, asked how they got my number, told them I was on do not call list and to remove me from their list. Person on other end did not say anything for at least 2 seconds when I first answered...then spoke in accent I could not understand and just kept repeating sales pitch. Let rest of calls for past mo go to vm and no message ever left. Tonight I answered, asked person (again 2 second wait) to spell name and name of company ...Elizabeth Robinson, calling from A Better Rate Loan Center...when I kept asking for the spelling, the person hung up.
Frustrating thing is that each time they call, the id shows letters VO followed by string of numbers and the ph # displayed changes every single time making it impossibly time consuming to block. I am going to list all the numbers I have from July 17 to Aug. 16, 2012. Do not like you to ask them questions...get all confused and keep repeating opening stateme

Stated they were the "VA Loan Center." Questioned as to whether we had a VA loan and were told that is none of their business. Further stated they could lower our rate to 2.53%. When questioned if they were the Veterans Administration, stated yes after a pause. When asked to speak with a supervisor, the call was disconnected. They do not have full contact information, although stated my wife's name and called me Mr. Vroman. Vroman is her maiden name. All calls received, nine today alone, were a person unfamiliar with the English language and of what I believe to be Middle Eastern accent based on my time in Afghanistan. I repeatedly asked them to not call again to no avail. This was a live call.
