Rec'd a robocall on my CELL PHONE this afternoon from Sarah of Consumer Services, saying I was eligible for reduced credit card interest rates, etc. Just needed to hold on to speak to an agent. I then hung up. I've rec'd calls from Consumer Services in the past, but not from this particular number. CID only showed phone # and Washington (obviously not in cell phone's contact list). This is a local number for me.
