I am currently on a payment plan with the IRS so left a number that the IRS was filing lawsuit. Of course first reaction was WTH? But then I checked and voila, SCAM

I received a message from a woman telling me that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and that I should call back as soon as possible. Nonsense....

I was told they were calling from US treasury deparment and to call 253-843-6189 to speak to a manager to release my $9000.00 in funds to me in 30 minutes.I am so not calling if the US treasury wants to give me $$$ just mail me a check you told me my address and knew my first and last name and phone ##

This Person called me from this number : 202-738-1614
He stated his name was Michael and that was randomly selected for a Grant of $7000.00! Cut the crap... First of all, I already knew off the bat hat he was lying. so I asked basic public information:

ME: Why was I entered into this random drawing? I never signed anything or turned in anything?
Them: Well that is why you were randomly selected and...
ME: Wait.... selected from what list??
Them: oh well you were selected...
ME: Ok,I need some information..
Them: What do you need?
ME: I need to know whom your legal representatives are in regards to the grant?
Whom or what entity this grant is coming from?
Why I got selected.
