Rec'd call on my cell phone this afternoon. I wasn't able to answer, and no voicemail message was left. I called back later and person's voicemail system answered. I left a message that I'd rec'd a call from this number earlier and wondered if he/she had called for some reason. I did not receive a response. CID only showed phone # and "Washington." Call Detector app on phone (reverse directory) showed number last belonged to Deborah Mehus. Possibly a wrong number (though doubt) or more likely her number was spoofed.
