I received a voice mail from a person who indicated his name was Justin @ 321-275-5257. I returned his call and Justin informed that if I did not pay my debt i would go go jail. after I asked for documentation he could not provide that to me b/c it would be filed tomorrow (which would be 11/10/10), I then asked filed with who/where - he could not provide me with any information. i asked him for what company and he could not tell me that either - only that it was for a smaller company under a bigger company. Funny how they can have your name, SS#, etc but can NOT provide the name of the company or where the investigtion/fraud would be filed to.

called stated needed to talk to me regarding a very important legal matter but could not give me any addtional information on it. Now is calling and harrassing me at work eventhough i said he cant call me at work. all he gives me is his name mark thomas and phone # 321-275-5254

Was supposedly a debt collector, but couldn't supply the name of his own company, the company the money was owed to or an account. Just threatened that if a steadily decreasing amount ($4k, $700 and then $500) wasn't paid immediately my girlfriend would go to jail for 6 years. Debt collectors cannot say such things by law. First claimed his company was in Tampa and then when I pointed out his area code was not Tampa, said Sanford FL.

I don't live in Sanford,FL and I do not live in Africa. Whoever called me @ 12:33pm and threatened me with violence, if your reading this.... fuck you. I have your agent number thanks to the local officer of the federal bureau of investigations. Call me and give me $9,999 in a wire transfer and maybe ill rethink fu**er
