They use an automated phone saying they are with FPL and can get you $3700 rebate from the government and a free home energy audit. Using the option "5" to stop receiving calls does not work and even if you speak to a representative they still call back.
The FL Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs says it is a scam, call them at 1-800-435-7352 to file a complaint.
