I had to missed call today from this number about 20 minutes ago and no message was left. I just made 2 attempts to call the number back and it says the number isn't in service which I find very suspicious. .

This is not a google scam. This is a telemarketing service trying to sell home security systems. Make sure to log all the numbers with the info on if there was a person talking or robotic, or nothing each time. Government will be monitoring their calls for now on.
