These people call and do not treat you like a human being. They laugh in your face, when you ask a question. They do not have relations to people skills. I do not want them calling here no more. I had requested info, but I found another plan before I heard from this place. Then, I started receiving calls and they left maybe three messages. After that, I received call after call. They let it go to the message, but stopped leaving voice mail. Finally, I called and asked to be taken off their list because I had another plan. They asked with who, so I told them and then she said okay we'll take you off and hung up without taking my info. So, I called back and spoke with a different person. I told him I had just called asking to be removed from their list, but the lady I spoke with hung up on me before I could give her my info. He said I totally get that, but are you currently saving 20-60 % on dental services? I said yes, and I want to be taken off your list. He said, but didn't you request us to call you with info? I said yes, but I have a plan now. Then he didn't say anything. I said don't you need my information. He said I'm waiting for you to give it to me. So, gave him my name and number. I don't even think he took the info down. I will try to block their number. I don't know why I didn't do this already.
