SCAM!!! This is NOT CHASE!! The number comes up on caller ID as “JP Morgan Chase” -phone number (407)-732-2415. Female says you are on a recorded line & says she is from CHASE. I called CHASE & this is not a call from them! This is a SCAM caller spoofing CHASE’s phone number!!

They have called several times and only left one message which was very vague. If it is Chase they are trying to get you to sign up for something because I AM NOT late on my payments.

This number has called numerous times but never left a message. Today the called and left a 60 second voice mail, claiming they were Chase Bank, mentioning mine and my wife's full names, claiming she was our new personal account manager, claiming Chase has a number of new services and they would love the opportunity to discuss the many options that they have to help us with our needs. Then she left a call back number and extension that was entirely different from the number she was calling from. We had a Chase account, a few years back. But the fact that this person called on the same number that has been heavily noted as a scam number, was my first clue to stay away. Hope this helps someone else from not getting burned.

It's Chase bank. If you are late paying on your credit card they call. I asked why they didn't leave a message and in some states there are state laws that don't allow it and they can't leave account specific information on a voicemail for privacy reasons. Call them back and pay your bill. It's NOT a scam.

It's Chase Credit Card calling. It's NOT a scam. It's legit. If you are unsure, call the number on the back of your card. Chase has different brands..United..Southwest..Disney..Amazon credit cards.

Didn't pick up because I didn't recognize the number. Voicemail stated, "Hello, this message is for . This is Chase Card Services. My name is Brian Metro, please call me at 877-794-8538. I'm at extension 633-1027, thank you." There was no reason stated, and neither of these phone numbers are listed on the Chase website. Also, 7 numbers is awfully long for an extension number... Deleted the message and blocked this number.

first they were calling me from unavailable numbers claiming to be from chase when i told them I wouldnt speak to them unless i could verify the number they called me from this number here claiming to be from chase collecting services and they knew i havent made payments to my cards and the total amount i have due and offered me a payment plan, i asked them for a number to call them back because i was driving and i couldnt "enroll on their program" at the moment, the number they gave me is 1800-808-1923 and i spoke to Chris.

Claims to be Chase bank asking for SSN and account #. I called my bank and they have verified this is not a chase branch or corporate number. They are fraudulently claiming to be Chase in order to access my banking information.
