I decided to answer the call back to waste their time. After the recorded message asking for "the last 4 digits of your account number" it goes to
a live person (girl). The girl had an incomprehensible Indian accent but I was able to ascertain they're after full name & credit card number. I doubt it's really Chase because I don't have any credit cards.

Calls twice or more every single day for almost a year now. I believe they are the "Midland" collection agency and they could not be more annoying with constant calls.
