I investigated this so-called veteran's charity (banned in Minnesota). Call them at 1-248-661-9365 to confirm their address for mailing them a certified letter forbidding them from ever calling your number again. The man I spoke to said he would send an email out immediately removing my unlisted phone number from their database. If they continue to call me, I will send a certified letter to Foundation for American Veterans, 7473 Wilshire, West Bloomfield, MI 48322.
These people call me several times a week, often 2-3 times a day. I do not pick up, they do not leave message.
NEVER A MESSAGE; DON'T PICK UP
8:42AM Monday 5/16/2016 - Gainesville, FL
Caller: FAV
The call is similar to other reports. When the machine picks up, a dial tone is heard.
I have no idea why I'm posting this. There are literally YEARS of comments on this web site about
this EXACT phone number, and nothing has been done, and yet here I am...
And YES, it is a computer dialing it. When you start talking, it'll switch over to a human
that will proceed to lie like a politician to get money out of your pocket. LIES LIES LIES.
Everywhere we look...LIES.
Have you ever wondered WHY obnoxious car commercials are played on the radio all day?
And why drugs are advertised all day that have horrible side affects?
And why advertisements use illogical statements to sell you junk?
BECAUSE THEY WORK!
Think about it. If stupid car commercials and stupid robo calls work, the only logical
conclusion is there our country is full the most ignorant knuckle draggers ever to exist.
Even worse, those very people are allowed to Vote! NOOOOO!
Now, here's a very interesting FACT:
There are companies that use automated calling systems for the express purpose
of determining IF a phone line is valid, IF somebody is home, IF the person
has an accent, IF the person is young/old/male/female. They are gathering
metrics (information) for the sole purpose of future advertisements, that may be sent
in the mail or may be on the phone. All you have to do is pick the phone up, and
say "Hello", and they can determine all the above information, and more.
You never know, those phone calls may have been generated by a company
HIRED BY THIS WEBSITE.
Ain't computers GRAND!
So, kill your TV and kill your phone and have a GREAT DAY !
Rant over,
Mr. Brown
(Is this too long?)
This company calls me 3 to 4 times a day every day.
