Countless calls received and when trying to call back to request that the calls stop using that number the line drops when going to customer service. Called their Itasca number a couple weeks ago to complain and was told they would look into and would reach out to me once they have figured things out. Told the woman I spoke with that I was close to filing a complaint about unwanted solicitation calls. Received another call today. Called ARS 731 District Dr. Itasca (630) 963-7300. Reported the issue to them. They apparently do have some auto dialer that they use and if you want the calls to stop you may want to call in and ask them to put you on the no call list. I was told it will take a couple weeks for that change to become affective. I also told them that I wanted to give them a chance to stop before I called and reported them. I guess we'll see in the next few weeks...

We have repeatedly told this plumbing and heating company, ARS, to stop calling us. Today I called and the woman answer the phone without saying the company's name. I told her to never call my phone again and asked her to repeat my phone number back to me so that we were clear on the #. Hack job company that is run out of someone's house.
