They call pitching credit cards. Since I've added them to my blacklist I show them having been blocked at least 5 times. They're a relentless nuisance

Called and were very hateful to me. Yelled when I said the person they were asking for wasn't there and then abruptly hung up on me. I tried calling the number back but it said it was not a working number. How can I report this?

Called my cell in GA and said they were looking for Cindy Carol Coaching Services. I told them they had the wrong number. I tried to call the number back and it says the number I dialed is NOT a working number.
