I just got a call and he said his name was Martin from the Windows Help Desk. I immediately hung up because it is a scam.

He keeps trying, but this is a scam. Claims he's from Microsoft and needs access to my computer to get malicious malware off my computer. He's called every day this week.

Complete scam. Says my computer has been spreading viruses. He can help. Asks me to go to the 'Start' menu. I say I have a Mac. He hangs up.
