I just received a call from this number ... they identified themselves as Financial Assistance and asked many questions about my situation telling me that they were going to help me with home repairs. They wanted to know what my credit card limits were if I qualified for funding from their program. The caller told me that I would get a call back from her boss who was in a meeting, but would call me within an hour. I received a call within 10 minutes of the original call and had already looked up the phone number on line. Seeing several SCAM notices, I am happy that I didn't answer the phone the next time they called.
SCAM!! National Association of Grant Programs is a SCAM. My dad thought he was going to get free money and instead he was taken for $4800. SCAM.

They just got my Father-in-law too for $3,200.00. We can't figure out how they got his credit card number. This is type of activity is disgraceful! How do we get enough people together to file a class action suit against them?
