I received a call today from the Federal Banking Association indicating that I took out a pyday loan and never ever paid them back. And for this they are suing me. He read off the last 4 digits of my soc, my address and he's calling me on my job. Not sure how he got my information. I asked him for his name and phone number - he claims that his name was SHANE JOHNSON.

I asked him for his name and phone number - he claims that his name was Alex Martin, I almost asked him to spell it. He had this heavy accent, telling me that I'd better call him right away. I'm not sure what I can do to get these people to stop calling me at work.

Called and threatened that this is a law firm collecting a debt from a cash advance. However, the caller sounds like a foreigner and will not provide any supporting documents regarding the so-called debt

recieved call from Kathyrn Jones claiming to be calling from the Federal Banking Association and that i should hold and speak to her Lawyer Shane Wright. The names are used as a cover as these peoples accents dont match the names they are using.
They claimed i took out a paydal loan and never paid it back with Insta Cash..completely fake!!!!!
