Moron called me to collect on a Capital One debt. I haven't had a Capital One card ever. I told her to drop dead and hung up.

Do they call from several numbers throughout the day? Do they threaten to sue for an old debt, but the statute of limitations has expired. Just ignore them. Give them NOTHING! Paying them anything (no matter how little) will restart the clock on the statute of limitations. Then they CAN and WILL sue. Don't let then trick you. Do nothing and they will ultimately stop.

Portfolio Recovery Collection Agency. Scammers trying to get people to pay old debts that have been charged off. Just ignore them, and give them no information.

They don't stop calling,they will harass u till u died. This was paid back in 2005,it appear that the records r not up to par.

they called me at 7:15 pm and when i answered they asked for my boyfriend and when i told them that this was not his phone they asked if i had another number for him and refused to give it to them and so they proceeded to ask for my boyfriends family members and i told them that i had no info on them so she asked if i could take a message and i proceeded to do so and got the name Mrs. Mitchell and she gave me an 1-866-691-3568.

Called my VA cell number. I live in FL now so I didn't bother to answer. I've been out of state for years. They have not called back yet, and did not leave a voicemail. I would advice to not try and contact these people... Try to fall off their map to avoid repeat calls.

I keep telling them to remove my number from there data base that the person their asking for this number doesn't belong to them any more that I've had this number for 3years now and they just hang up and keep freaking calling sooo frustrating!!!!!

call the FCC and report them what they're doing is against the law if you specificially tell them to never call you again and they do you can also sue them for harrassment my mom did to another # and won the case
