I mailed to this company, over one+ years ago, my written authorization to contact me solely through the mail. NO PHONE CALLS!! This was their instruction, by the way, and I sent my letter to Virginia to their home office. Portfoloio Recovery still violates my request, as calls have continued. though so I am reporting them on CallControl today. 10/6/2015

My call from 757-512-5018 came from Virginia, I didn't answer phone. It was 11:43am Sept. 29. Didn't leave any messages. I don't have voice mail. I don't have any debts. Must be a scammer again.

Portfolio Recovery Debt Collector. Bottom Feeders that buy old debts, charged off debts, or debts that have been paid off, for pennies on the dollar. They try to get you to pay for these debts, even though they are no longer valid. Don't fall for these Scammers! No matter what they threaten you with, they have no right, and can do nothing to you. Give them no information either, or they will keep calling you.
