Spam and identity thief

Received a call from this phone # multiple times, i.e. 4-6 times within 1 minute. I'm not sure if this indicates that they are perhaps using an autodialer or some kind of automated system to do these multiple attempts, which occurred 3 times in one day between 11:30am and 2:00pm . My Carrier app showed that the Carrier for this incoming call is Telnyx LLC and said it is a Landline. My Carrier app also said that the phone # (707) 247-9851 was a "Scam Likely" call.
