California number called 9:38 am my time which is 2 hours later than their time. Nobody does business @ 7:30 am. Scam!

Call from 7072155212 regarding a "suit against me and I should call back." The two weeks previously I got the same message daily from a Florida number and an Alabama number both of which I blocked. I checked the numbers on my computer and both were declared a scam. I am supposing this 707 number, which is my area code, is also a scam as the same message was given. I have Also blocked this number.
