Calling the wrong number asking for wrong name

Wrong phone number for the person they are asking for.

Collection but wrong number

Calls a lot. Won't leave a message just hangs up on voicemail. When I go in my inbox it doesn't state this (807) number its an international number that doesn't even use area codes

When voicemail picked up whole message is music playing. Not good music either.

Tried to say they were Roger's mobile

Phone app says 'Likely Spam', blocked.
