This call was based out of Ontario, CANADA not Ontario, California. They left a voicemail offering 50% bill. They left a completely different callback number that was PST. The government "Communication For All" program didn't have that much of a discount! If anybody has ever had the misfortune and sadness of dealing with Spectrum...they would know it was a scam!
