Its Verizon wireless and tell then to kick rocks and get the track phone. The track phones spnosered by Verizon. So get a track phone and stop paying Verizon so dam much money.

This number called my home land line and left a voice mail stating that they were Verizon Wireless and there has been a change in the status of the account of (They said my first and last name). They went on to say that I need to call them back in the next 24 hours and input cell number (they spouted off one of my kids phone numbers - which of course is in my name). They said call 800-249-2462 and input my cell number that they gave to me to find out about this status change. I didn't do it of course......I did however call Verizon Residential and Verizon Wireless and let them hear the voicemail for themselves. They confirmed that this is a phishing scheme. So watch out for this one!!!!

The caller was identified as a Scammer/Fraudster that has been reported 1 times in the past.

I am on the phone with Verizon Wireless right now as I type this. The support rep confirmed that both numbers ARE Verizon Wireless numbers (their Financial Services department is based out of Washington). She looked it up and called it for me - just to make sure.

So this is not a phish or scam. The two numbers 2063153010 and 8002492462 are legitimate.

Please note, however, that someone can produce a fake Caller ID number and then ask you to call a different number - making them look legitimate on the caller ID and then redirecting you to a malicious phone number. For this reason it is important to pay attention to the number they redirect you to.

As the representative pointed out, if you're ever unsure just call *611 from your phone and ask them about the message.

Calls 3-4 times a day. No one on the line. Can VERIZON just block this number from calling any Verizon customers? Seems there are so many complaints!

I get calls first thing in the morning and right before 9:00p.m claiming to be verizon wireless with changes to my acct-called id shows Varolii Corporation-Verizon denies knowing about tghis but Varolii has exact information regarding my account-Either the Verizon Rep's are clueless,Verizon account info has been compromised, or Verizon sold customer info-any which way you cut it I am ready to change carriers

claims to be verizon billing, needing payment for my account. verizon assured me it is NOT them calling, its a scam.

Verizon just assured me that is NOT them or any affiliated #. Not the incoming 206-315-3010
or the callback # of 800-249-2462 and to NOT call it back or answer it. There is nothing wrong with my account, and no changes to my account. They suggested and even offered to block it FOR ME.

Called my son's cellphone asking if the answerer was me. If so please press #1 to receive information regarding a change to our account. I made no changes and our bill is up to date..
If it is Verizon, they should only call the primary number on the account. Not ecerybody but that person! Cannot block it on the Verizon website.

Keep getting calls from this number saying it is Verizon. Message include an 800 number to call , I called 800-249-2462 the number left by the pre-recorded call. It turned out to be a phone sex line. I get at least 2 calls per day on my cell phone. Verizon doesn't really seem to be intersted in helping.

TheThe call I received was a pre-recorded message from Verizon saying that there have been changes to my calling plan and that I needed to call an 800 number. I call the 800 number and it was a phone sex line. I hung up and called Verizon. No Help from them. I added my number to the "Do Not Call" list but still receiving calls on my cell phone. This phone number cannot be blocked.

Left a partial voicemessage in spanish. I'm told it's a Verizon number, but I don't have any Verizon accounts. They call me several times a month.

When I've answered in the past, it's automated voice gives you the choice to say you've called the wrong number, but they continue to call.

call uses Verizon wireless pre-recorded message but does not leave a message and calls for no reason I can find (Bill is autopayed ). Verizon cust serv reps have no clue about it.
