Live in Maryland. Received a call from this number at 12:35. They didn't leave a message, like most unknown callers.

Called me @ 8:45 this morning. Caller ID says Joshua Goldner. I didn't answer the call, as I did not recognize the number. Called it back and Verizon said my call could not go through. I Googled it and found this Website. Looks as though he/she called quite a few people this morning.

Indian speaking accent didn't know which credit card they supposedly wanted to lower rates for. I provided fake information and he verified it was valid.
