MCCS has been calling every day and no one is there when I answer the phone. When I called them back I waited 78 minutes without being able to talk to a "representative" and then I hung up.

same phone number keeps coming up on my caller id but they never leave a message they also call several times a day and don't leave a message. very annoying. when i have picked up the phone, there is dead air.

I get the same thing as the others. They call several times a day and do not leave a message. If I'm home and pick up it's just dead air. I finally spoke to someone and was told it was for a Macy's charge that we have disputed as fraudulent. They still do not quit calling. Macy's takes no responsibility for the calls or the fraudulent charge!

someone calls from this number daily and when phone is picked up, nobody is there. When we call back, we're put on hold until we get tired of being on hold and hang up. I'm tired of rcvng calls from this number and no longer want them to call.

They call night and day, weekends and holidays, too! The caller ID says it's MCCS. They NEVER leave a message, just harass by calling multiple times per day. How can I make them stop?

Calling a pay as you go cell phone over and over. Better not be adding up the phone bill. No idea who or what this is.

calling 7 to 10 times a day. After 8 pm too. Never leaves a message.

Got a call, but no one there. After listening for 15 sec. I hung up. I called the number and they say they are a collection , possibly system. I owe nobody anything. This is a scam. The recording doesn't say their name, just to have your account # ready. I continued to hold for 20 min. before giving up, so I never talked to anyone at this number to let them know I am on the Do Not Call list and to stop calling. Doesn't even make sense; a collection company won't prioritize call backs? If they were for really they wouldn't leave you on hold for more than a few seconds. This is a scam, do not give them any information. Reported to the Do Not Call Registery. Link below if you haven't reported yet:
