Person named Liliana with Spectrum Business giving me a call regard in my account. She provided my physical address, city, state and zip code where the Spectrum account is located. She requested I call her back at 864-200-2958 ext. 0556. I didn't call her back as there is no issue with my account.

This is definitely a scam.
Caller: pretended to be Charter Spectrum
NOT a SCAM, that really is a Spectrum . It's a Business Account Rep. They don't call because there is an issue with your account , that is not their dept. They usually call if there is a deal for your account or to have the speed increase done, and 95% of the time it's to lower your bill or keep it the same with better speed,,,You might want to call her back..
This was a legit call from Spectrum. They were able to verify specific account information without me telling them ahead of time. Also, they didn't ask for any information that a scammer would, and any costs associated with the upgrade would be added to the next bill from Spectrum.

Says they're calling from Spectrum, but the automated recording sounds WAYYY different than Spectrum's actual automated recordings. Seems fishy...BEWARE.
