How do I enable Spam Controls?

To enable Spam Controls and block certain phone numbers and Internet addresses from contacting you, follow these steps:

Make sure you are signed in to My Verizon and go to the Verizon Safeguards page.
From here you have access to set up Call & Message Blocking, Internet Spam Blocking, Service Blocks and Parental Controls.

How can I use Spam Controls to block a specific number from calling me?

To block a specific number from calling you:

Make sure you are signed in to My Verizon and go to the Call & Message Blocking page.
Enter the phone number(s) you wish to block. You will no longer receive calls or messages from this phone number.
Click the Apply button.

repeated calls , no one on the line---will not receive calls back PAIN IN THE ASS___husband home from hospital----these calls have been going on for some time now. can something be done?

automated call. when you answer it disconnects. then if you call back, they have their bypass to the national do not call list registry.

Stop calling me. At least leave a message. They call me more than 3 times daily.
