calls too much

Had car loan thru citi which was taken over by this company, made last payment in august of 2010 and got title 2 weeks later. Thought I had cancel auto payment but I did not completely cancel and a payment was made in sept. 2010. Now I am trying to get overpaym,ent back and not having any luck, all I get is the " it will take 30-45 days to get it back". How can a payment be accepted when account is closed. I would be sure that if I was taking a loan out it would not be with this company. I give them a rating of minus 10 on customer service.

These people called my MOTHER, told her I had won a free gift, but they needed my cell number. She gave it to them. Now they call all day....I'm going to get fired if they don't stop. they are calling my WORK cell. It is SO SO wrong. I am required to answer every call, I am so mad, I don't even owe anything

There should be a law against corporations calling you with a recording. You should have to have a physical person dialing and talking on the other end. SONTONAIR USA has left me 3 messages a day for the past 2 weeks. And everytime, i tell them i am not the person you are asking for they say they removed my number and i get the same call couple more times a day.

Time to lobby congress im thinking, You called me and u want me to wait? You called for fred and im bob. Still u keep calling,.

as many others have listed. I was receiving 4+ calls a day from Sonton air, "attempting to collect a debt". I chewed out a couple reps once I was able to get through. Turns out they assumed my car loan through Citi Financial and there was a prob between the transition since my account was EFT on the date of their transition. I received NO INFORMATION from Citi or Sonton Air about the take over, and randomly started receiving these calls. Poor Business Practices, Poor Communication, poor resolution. its been 2 weeks and they still do not have my account straightened out.

They had assumed the accounts for United Auto Credit Corp. Apparently when I made my last payment to UACC some how a balance of 24 carried over and they where calling in regards to that. I googled them, called their main switchboard and talked to random service agent who after talking to the manager dismissed the balance. No harm, just a mix up when UACC went down.

Funny thing is if they had just sent me something in the mail this would have been taken care of 4ish months ago (when I made my "final" payment).

Ignore this phone number they call 10 times a day reported to bbb

They call 8 times a day and hang up on you everytime

How can our government and law enforcement let people like this operate in our country?

When the 888 number wasn't being picked up they changed their number to 214 237 3516. They are a debt collection agency. Must have found the number from a previous agency. They call several times a day and claim that you owe them money. They even you to go to their web site to pay everything off. They have dates and amounts of payments. I do not have an account with them and the information they give is not mine. Do not tell them anything. Call your phone service provider and havea their number blocked. when they change their number, do it again.

Call from 214-540-2035 is also Sonton Air. They called twice yesterday. They asked for a person "XXX" I am not this person and tell them that. They become very rude.

Don't mess with them. Don't try being nice to them because they think you are lying.

Just call the FCC, Better Business Bureau, Congressman or whoever to get rid them.

Who are these people? They call my house, leave a message for a person who does NOT live at my house regarding a reference for someone I do actually know. Like a fool, I navigate the gawd-awful phone system and when I finally get a human the heavily accented female is rude before telling me they must have dialed the wrong number. I then request to have my number removed from their records and the response: "Have a nice day." What the...?

Sonton Air Called me on my company cell phone for a car debt. (Since our company switched service providers, I have gotten more wrong #'s??)

I never heard of this company before. When I called them back, they asked for the last 4 digits of my SS or account #. Since I am not a customer, I used 1234 and that put me through to a rep. Told me that they finance auto loans. All of my cars are paid in full!! Tried to say that someone else used me as a reference, which I would not have done on my company phone!! Ridulous!! What is going on??

I told them to take this phone number out of their system. Hopefully, I don't get anymore calls.
