I received a call from this Kimberly Marshall with threat of legal action from a complaint about me. She reference a number to call and an extension 404/994-2810.Spam I'm not in a position for anyone to have a complaint against me. I'm old and ill. If called by this party again, I will file a complaint against her. SPAM and VERBLE THREATS....AGAINST THE LAW! God is in charge....beware of who you threaten.

I too am receiving these garbage ass calls and am sick of spamming I thought the government put a stop to all these spammers with the DO Not Call registry....what a joke

This is the second time a Kimberly Marshall called me. This time she went to the answering machine of which she will be blocked. First it was about a David's Bridal account the second time it was about it was about a so called threat I made. I have to laugh as I do not talk to anyone never mind threaten anyone. This is stupid if you ask me. Another person trying to scam seniors.

They keep calling me as well don answer because i do not owe anything especially that i filed bankruptcy and it was clear in February. i will just have to let my attorney go because they dont get it my little debt i had has been clear

I have received the same call from automated system advising Kimberly Marshall has tried contacting me via verbal and written communication and if I don't return her call legal action will be taken against me....The indlv's are very rude and dirty people when ask why they are calling and wanting formation I will not provide over the phone to someone that is filing a legal claim against me

Received several calls from this number. They ask for my son by name. When I tell them he does not live here, they have a wrong number, they continue to call back. Sometimes the same person, sometimes different person.

Received a phone call which I decided to answer and the person was not even able to articulate and instead say that she is tired and will file the claim without even asking anything or being polite.....someone needs to stop those telemarketers, they try to scare you and make you feel wrong.
