Scam for sure - told my wife they were Dell when they called her. Called back later and they answered the phone "support" (only). I asked if this was Hewett-Packard and they gentlemen said "yes
Do not fill out any form or give them any information - phishermen for sure.

Beware of Scam from this number;

"Your Refund Had Been Approved, Please Call Back To Be Verified"

...does not identify their business name nor the person whom they are calling... they want you to call back and tell them who you are; complete phishing scam.
