This number is direc-tv (aka DieWrect TV) and they have been calling me since I quit their service two months ago. They have been told to remove my number, but most usually hang up when I answer. I called them back, and it went right to d-tv telemarketers.

I don't answer unknown callers, but this call came in twice so far this week, no voicemail left.
