Calling my business phone and hanging up

getting a phone call on my business line this morning before caller ID can pick up they hang up then finally one comes thru with the CCCONC thing and the 978-570-2318 number but no one answers me, They hang up and in 10 secs the cycle starts again,,,annoying and I am going to call ATT and complain.

This CCCONC called saying they were representing AT&T. When we told them we just talked with AT&T they said no you didn't speak with "us".

everytime you get an unwanted call, go to donotcall.gov on the left side of the page there is a file complaint button. They will get fined a thousand dollars for each call they make.

Man called today claiming to work directly for Fairpoint Communications with an offer for free yellow pages listing. Took down his number and called Fairpoint and the website company doing the yellow pages online offer. Neither is affiliated..

Wanted to talk to the person in charge of advertising. When I said I wasn't interested, he said it was in regards to our Google account, inferring there was a problem with our Google account.

Called today and said he was Chris with Qwest and wanted to out an ad for web design or something. I said, "Are you really with Qwest?" and he said he was a Qwest operator named Chris Green and he needed more info from me so they could mail this info out and get me off their 'call list'. I was suspicious and hung up. Glad I did!

Just showed at "Wilmington MA" in caller ID but was from 978-570-2318 which comes up at Teleport Communciations Group out of MA with a main number of 781-444-8718. Their 781 number is always busy. Called and said he was calling all the Verizon customers in the area, acted like he was from Verizon. Wanted me to sign up for some internet listing for $34.95 a month. Minute I started to say I was not interested, he hung up. Not going to be so nice next time they call.

Morons call - we answer and they say NOTHING. We just leave the phone off hook until it tones out. What the heck, it's THEIR dime. One of our guys answers their number saying, "Helpline for a$$hole callers, what's YOUR problem today?"

A woman called this afternoon calling for who was in charge of the Embarq account (now Centurylink), when I told her he was unavailable, she very shittily asked if I was a manager and when I told her I had no authority she hung up on me. I called back to give her a piece of my mind and got a recorded menu, Please press 1 if you want to be placed on our Do Not Call list. ONE!!!!!!!!

We have received multiple calls from this number. Each time they are told we are not interested and they continue to call. Whoever they have working for them must have at one time worked for a collection agency because they call over and over and over and over again - sometimes 2 and 3 times in a row AFTER being told we are not interested. How do you file a complaint?

Call came through company switchboard and before it could be answered the caller hung up leaving no message. Caller id identified them as CCCONC. Tried googling them and nothing came up.

I got a call from 978-570-2318. The caller ID showed up as CCCONC. The guy asked for the person that makes the advertising decisions. I just told him to go suck his balls and F off... just kidding. I told him no thanks, we aren't interested.
