Don't ever buy a car from Drive Time. They harass you with calls if you make a payment a day late!

They keep calling and it be incorrect person they be looking for. I told them they had an incorrect number yet they keep calling every few hours.

THEY NOW CALL FROM ANOTHER LINE 5612708923 after they call from 6023080853....i wish the FBI will start to get involved these guys may be working for ISIS.

6023080853 called and asked for a person by name, i said this call is recorded, and said SCAMMER, and he hung up, he sounds like either Indian or Arab .......and now i just got another call from 5612708923 they are now using other phone numbers

Rude customer service. Reps are unprofessional and over talk customers. Unable to comprehend and/or read account profiles. Hangs up on customers.

My car has been repo'd due to me not getting enough hours at work and not being able to afford to pay them...they still call and im in the middle of filing bankruptcy. Very rude and unprofessional people.
