Got a call from Td Auto Finance saying my car warranty has expired and told me I need to pay or there going to reovke my driver's license and suspend it it's a scammer

I call Td amertridae and that's the number i was giving to pay off my balance but i still have a balance. I'm about to report it to my bank becasue that's a felony and is against the law.

They called me with "an important message" but asked me to verify a bunch of personal information about myself including my social, which I refused to do. They wouldn't tell me the name of the company or the message until I verified my information, claiming to have sent me "several notices" (they did not) and refused to identify themselves until I verified my info. Um, HELZ no. Hung up and blocked.

I dialed the irs number but afteri hit send the number changed to something different I waited on hold and guy came on said he was the irs. He said thank you for calling the Irs please after this call stay on phone for survey how cani help you. I said u didn't tell me not to give u any important information he said uh huh what what you mean I Hung up

Unless stopped they will call you multiple times every day forever.

Collection agency scam

I get anywhere from 6-10 calls all hours of the day, states they are taken me to Court for unpaid bills, I explained I'm not working and have no income except from disability, and instead of filing for bankruptcy I entered into a debt consolation program, they informed me I needed to pay this debt now or an arrest warrant would go out for me, the person I spoke w/ would not give me there name. Told me they didn't have too. at that point I told them to Blank off. When your trying to do every thing you can to pay your debts I guess thats not good enough, except its the best I can do. At least I have dignity . After all that they called back except this time it was a Guy who thought he could intimidate me, and did every thing in his power to try and make me feel like I was a piece of S---. I have now blocked this # from my phone, seeing how the night before I was called at 11:15pm and woken up, and being Disabled had difficulty getting to the phone and it was 1/2 of a pre-recorded message. Don't any one answer this # they are not Human beings just thugs who like there scare tactics and the way they try to make you feel less than Human. BEWARE Joe

Called my phone and it showed up on caller ID as “ACCOUNT SERVICES” although this name is not in my contacts. It was ACA.

Yes, they have my number. Adding to do not call list.

If ACA takes you to court and claims they called and discussed your debt with you X number of times, bring printouts of the dozen websites where people state they call and never talk to you. Then tell the court that you had no idea you were being called by a creditor because they never spoke with you. The judge dismissed my case and told ACA to never approach me about it again!

I've never missed a student loan payment, and file for income based repayment every year on time. but they call me every day. Some times twice a day.

they called me also......I have no debts....no credit cards...and no loans imagine that.....yet they're a collection agency......go figure.....

My phone number hooked up to a message that says "Do not call if you are a solicitor." My landline requires you to press "1" to get through. American Cancer Society is in the wrong. Two days in a row.

Never said anything, then the line goes dead

Scam artists, requesting crucial information you should never give out. If a genuine collection agency they would know whom they are calling...

Supposedly Action Debt Collection out of Boston. She asked for my DOB and Social which I refused to give her. She stated I owed for a hospital bill from 2016. I don't recall having any hospital visit in the last several years so I asked for a copy of the bill to be sent to me. She then stated that they had already sent me a letter requesting payment in 2015... Ummm, so apparently they are clairvoyant and being proactive. hahaha

You say its a collection agency. I haven't financed a car.
