DO NOT TALK TO CALLERS FROM INDIA, ASK FOR AN AMERICAN IN AMERICA. MACY*S SENDS IT BUSINESS TO INDIA FOR TAX REASONS. THEY PAY LESS IN FEDERAL AND STATE TAXES AND THE INDIAN EMPLOYEE DO NOT PAY AMERICAN TAXES OR CONTRIBUTE TO OUR ECOMONIC SITUATION.
BOYCOTT THE INDIAN CALL CENTERS.
PAY TAXES LIKE THE REST OF US.

We do not have a Macy's card, and when I answer I am put on hold. Unacceptable.

I was also receiving phone calls from Macy's regarding an account that was not mine. From the previous post, I called Lisa Durbin from Macy's Executive Office and she cleared the situation up immediately. It was determined that my telephone number was on another person's account that was perpetrating fraud and simply used my telephone number. She advised me she would take care of the situation and the calls immediately stopped. After the quick and attentive service Ms. Durbin gave me, I just might get a Macy's account. If you are need help call her at 800-264-0069 extention 32634. Sometimes you cant blame a business for things like this.

CALL HERE TO COMPLAIN!

I have received numerous calls over the past months all calling to dun my wife on large outstanding amounts on either her Macy's or Bloomingdale's cards. Yet, the address of record for the cards MCCS is calling about is in Rhode Island and our telephone number clearly is not. We have wasted nearly hours with Indian and Filipino call center employees attempting to explain that we are not who they want. Every time they have claimed they will remove our number from their data base but we keep getting calls.

Three days ago I started getting calls on my cell from this number. Haven't answered it but after 7 calls today...I called it back and got a message that it's a credit center and they are closed for the weekend and to call back on Monday. Don't know the name of the company since they didn't say on the message, but I think when they call again I'm going to give some bogus account number and name just to see what happens. I will report it also. Stupid idiots they are and should be put in jail. By the way..I don't have a Macy's or Bloomingdales card so it can't be them. I'm sure it's a scam so be careful. I think they somehow find out who you have an account with and say that's where they are calling from.

SCAM ARTISTS!!! These people are SCAMSTERS phishing for personal info. Claim to be collection department from Macys or Bloomingdales, but we never had any dealings with those companies. Have been calling up to 10 times daily for two months now & won't stop despite being reported repeatedly. I''ve called them repeatedly and they promise to remove the phone number but never do!

I started getting calls from this number about two weeks ago.It's now November 29, 2009. I have nothing to do with these people or Macy's or Bloomingdales or Capital One and never had any accounts with them. I called back and get someone with an indian accent who tell me they will remove my number but they never do. This number calls 4 to 6 times a day every day. How do I get them to stop.

This has to be the dumbest idea from Macy's (I didn't know it was macy's until I looked up the number online). I don't have a Macy's account, nor have I ever had one. I have ignored every call because I thought it was some scam. I wish I could block this number...

I have been harassed by Macy's billing call center. The calls started three days ago from 1-727-556-7300.. They call and hang up. They call and play a recording before someone comes on. They call and hang up while I am talking to them. The reason they give for calling is that my husband's Macy's payment is over due. It is not. I scheduled the payment using Macy's online Checkfree payment site. I have told these callers at least eight to ten times this very story and still they keep calling. My husband has also talked with them and still they call. They say they are going to make a notation in the file and yet still the calls come. I am at the end of my rope with this organization and have a good mind to cancel both our cards.

They call my work phone all the time and ask for Tom, my name is Jillian. I believe that they are selling cellular services.
